Born from a devotion to purity,
we craft sake to enrich those moments of true ease and tranquility.

Origin of the Name "DS Sake"

DS Sake takes its name from Desheng Town in Guangxi, China, a renowned "Longevity Town." With origins dating back over 300 years to the late Ming and early Qing dynasties, it embodies a legacy of craftsmanship.

Making Process

We craft Junmai Daiginjo, the finest sake made purely from rice, water, and koji. By polishing rice to at least 50% of its size, we achieve delicate flavors and unmatched purity.

Natural Cave Aging

Stored in Da Feng Guang Rock Cave, our sake matures in a stable, ideal environment, enhancing its depth and harmony with nature's touch.
