Return Policy

At DS SAKE, we offer a 14-day returnpolicy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item torequest a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions mustbe met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked postal service that insuresthe value of the items you are returning. Be sure to obtain proof of posting. Pleasenote: The customer is responsible for the return until it is receivedby DS SAKE.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a returnshipping label (if applicable) along with detailed instructions on how andwhere to send your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting areturn will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost:

For UK returns, we provide a Royal Mail return label for£3.50, which will be deducted from your refund to cover postage costs. If thisoption is available on our website, you can click the button below to generatethe return label.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item isdefective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediatelyat [email protected] with your order number, adescription of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We willwork to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care products (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for returneditems. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanteditem and place a new order.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return theunwanted item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the itemyou prefer.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, youhave the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it,for any reason and without justification. To qualify, the item must be in thesame condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, andin the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

Before removing tags or opening packaging, please carefullycheck your item. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact usimmediately at [email protected] with your order number, adescription of the issue, and a photo of the faulty or incorrect item. We willsend you a replacement or provide a return label.

Please note: We cannot compensate for return shipping costsif the item is returned without the original packaging and tags or if it showssigns of being opened or used.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify youwhether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will issue a full refundto your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware thatit may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and postthe refund.
