Wehave a 30-dayreturn policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Tobe eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that youreceived it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt orproof of purchase.

Damagesand issues
Pleaseinspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item isdefective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluatethe issue and make it right.
Exceptions/ non-returnable items

Unfortunately,we can’t offer an exchange for returned items. If you would like a differentsize or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Thefastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, andonce the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling offperiod
Notwithstanding the above, if themerchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right tocancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without ajustification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that youreceived it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’llalso need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Faulty/IncorrectItem Return
Pleasecheck the item carefully before removing the tags and original packaging. Ifyou found your received item is faulty/incorrect, please contact 公司邮箱 immediately with your order number, the faultyitem’s name and number and a picture of the faulty. We’ll get back toyou as soon as we can and send you a replacement item or a return label. Please note that we are unableto compensate for your return shipping expenses if you return the order withoutthe original packaging and tags, nor if the item shows any signs of opening.
Onceyour return has been received. Please allow us to issue you a full refund with2-10 working days.
Refunds
Wewill notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you knowif the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automaticallyrefunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Pleaseremember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to processand post the refund too.
