Standarddelivery times are up to 5working days for UK delivery, up to 10 working days for EU delivery and up to 14 working days for therest of the world delivery.

Pleasenote that delivery information, times and couriers stated in these terms mayvary depending on the type of product being purchased.

Sake

Wecan currently send all sakes sold on the Shop to the locations listed below.

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, CzechRepublic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia,Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, the UK andthe Channel Islands.

The full list of countries is shown asyou check out. If a product is unavailable for delivery to your country, itwill be removed from your basket.

Shippingcosts are based on country and basket contents and can be viewed at the pointof purchase within your shopping basket.

For deliveries to Estonia, Finland,Iceland, Norway and Switzerland, UK VAT will not be charged. These marketsoperate as DAP (Delivered at Place). However, your order may be subject tolocal sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen delivery location,which are levied at the time the package clears customs. All additional chargesare the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely fromcountry to country, The Macallan Shop has no control over these charges. Pleasecontact your local customs office for further information. We also cannotrefund any customs charges in the case of a return or refund.

For deliveries to all other EUcountries, we have arranged for your order to be delivered as a DDP (DeliverDuty Paid) order. We bear all risk and costs associated with delivering goodsto the named place of destination. We have arranged for your taxes to be billedback to The Macallan. Please do not pay them if asked by the courier or customsas we cannot refund any customs charges that you have paid.  Once cleared, your order will be released fordelivery.

Please be aware that the courier willrequire local contact information for delivery. As such, if you are placing the order as a gift, please enter therecipient’s local contact information at the checkout to facilitate this.

Following Brexit, customs may requireto get in touch with the recipient to confirm the contents of the order andverify that the order is for personal consumption.

Weare currently offering complimentary shipping on selected products for ordersabove £150.00.

Within1 working day ofplacing your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by emailalong with your purchase reference number. This number should be retained forfuture reference. You will then receive an email or SMS message from ourdesignated delivery partner when your order is out for shipment.

Thedelivery cost depends on yourselected delivery country and the weight of your order. The deliverycost will be calculated for you during the check-out process.

1.2.DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS AND ADVICE

Deliveries are made during businesshours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present tosign for the parcel. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, ourdelivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for customer tocall their local depot. If the customer does not then call their local depot,the parcel is returned to us after a week – the cost of which will be passed onto the customer.

Ifthe customer does give permission to the courier for the order parcel to beleft in a safe place, The Desheng公司名称 will not be liablein the event the parcel goes missing and cannot be located.  The Macallan will not be able to refund orreplace the order.
