Standard Delivery Times

Standard delivery: Timesare up to 5-7 working days for UK delivery.

Express Delivery: Expressdelivery takes up to 5 working day.

Please note that deliveryinformation, times, and couriers stated in these terms may vary depending onthe type of product being purchased.

Please be aware that thecourier will require local contact information for delivery. As such, if youare placing the order as a gift, please enter the recipient’s local contactinformation at checkout to facilitate this.

Shipping costs are basedon location and basket contents and can be viewed at the point of purchasewithin your shopping basket.

1.1. Delivery Rates andTaxes

We are currently offeringcomplimentary shipping on selected products for orders above £50.00.

Within 1 working day ofplacing your order, you will receive a confirmation of your order by emailalong with your purchase reference number. This number should be retained forfuture reference. You will then receive an email or SMS message from our designateddelivery partner when your order is out for shipment.

The delivery cost dependson your selected delivery country and the weight of your order. The deliverycost will be calculated for you during the check-out process.

1.2. DeliveryInstructions and Advice

Deliveries are madeduring business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery, someonemust be present to sign for the parcel. If no one is available to sign for theparcel, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for thecustomer to call their local depot. If the customer does not then call theirlocal depot, the parcel is returned to us after a week – the cost of whichwill be passed onto the customer.

If the customer givespermission to the courier for the order parcel to be left in a safe place, DSSAKE will not be liable in the event the parcel goes missing and cannot belocated. DS SAKE will not be able to refund or replace the order.

The courier appointed byDS SAKE is non-negotiable.

Gift Messages

Please be informed thatwe do not permit gift messaging that could be seen as offensive or obscene.Should your gift message be deemed unacceptable, we will contact you for theopportunity to provide an alternative message.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these termsfrom time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force atthe time that you order products, unless any change to these terms andconditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority.
